Refund policy

At CHOPPY’S CHILLI PANTRY, we want you to love your chilli as much as we do. Every jar is handmade in small batches using fresh ingredients, and we take real care with every order.

Change of Mind

Because our products are food items, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. This is allowed under UK law, as perishable goods are exempt from the 14-day cancellation period.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

If something isn’t right with your order — for example if it arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item — please get in touch within 7 days of delivery.

Just send us:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Photos if possible

We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund, whichever is most appropriate.

Lost in the Post

If your order seems to be lost, let us know and we’ll investigate with the courier and make it right.
