At CHOPPY’S CHILLI PANTRY, every order is packed with care to make sure your chilli arrives safely and ready to enjoy.

Processing Time

All of our chilli jams and sauces are handmade in small batches.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 working days. During busy periods or market weekends, this may take a little longer.

UK Shipping (Royal Mail)

We ship within the UK only, using Royal Mail.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery option selected.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched with Royal Mail, delivery typically takes:

• 2–5 working days

Please note these are estimated delivery times and delays can occasionally happen outside our control.

Tracking

If your Royal Mail service includes tracking, tracking details will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us and we’ll investigate with Royal Mail and help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
